"Pretty easy to use overall"
The site was easy enough to browse, and the pages loaded in around a second or two for me. I found what I needed after maybe 5 minutes without too much hassle. Checkout was straightforward too. My only small complaint is that a few of the filters could be better, but overall it was a smooth experience

"Customer service was alright"
I was feeling a bit impatient at the time since it took a while to hear back, but they did eventually reply. Overall, the customer service was okay, just not especially quick.

"Started falling apart after just a couple wears"
I was disappointed with this. My sister saw it and liked it at first, but after I wore it only two times, it already ripped. I really expected it to hold up better than that

"Fell apart after two wears?!"
I bought a jacket from Hansens Clothing i was disappointed. After wearing it just two times, the stitching already started coming loose?! The fabric also feels kind of cheap, especially for the price. Definitely didn’t feel worth the money to me.

"Got the wrong shirt"
I ordered a specific shirt in my size, but what showed up was totally different. The color wasn’t right and the size wasn;t even the one I picked. Weird thing is the packing slip had my actual order listed correctly, so I have no idea how it got messed up. I had to reach out to support and the whole thing just felt like way more hassle than it should’ve been. Probaby won’t order from here again...

"Really slow shipping made me lose trust"
I ordered from hansensclothing.com the clothes were okay once they finally arrived, but the shipping took way longer than I expected. What bothered me more was the lack of updates. I kept having to check the tracking myself because I wasn’t hearing much from them. It did show up eventually, but by then I’d already lost some trust in ordering from them again, especially if I needed something by a certain date. Not a total disaster, just frustrating and not very reassuring

"Good quality, but I’d think twice on the price"
The product itself is solid and I don’t really have complaints about the quality. That said, the prices feel a bit high for what you get, so I’d probably be careful before buying again unless there’s a sale or I’m sure it’s worth it.

"Finally found the Carhartt size I needed"
I’d been hunting all over for a specific Carhartt size and couldn’t find it anywhere, but they actually had it in stock. Checkout was super easy, and my order showed up with no issues. Happy with the whole thing and I’d definitely shop here again

"Good selection, wish there were more sizes"
I liked the selection here and found a few clothing brands I don’t usually see in other stores. Most things were easy to find too. Could definitely use more size options, but there’s something about it that still made browsing kind of enjoyable

"Sizing mostly worked out for me"
I ordered two shirts and a pair of jeans from Hansen’s, and the sizing was pretty much right, for me anyway. The shirts fit how I thought they would from the chart, so that was nice. The jeans in the waist were a little snug, but not bad enough that I felt like dealing with a return. Shipping was just normal, no issues there. Overall I’m happy, though I do wish they had more notes about how much stretch stuff has.

"Easy return, but the exchange was slower than I’d like"
I had to exchange a shirt, and getting the return label was simple. The refund took longer than I personally think it should, though. Support did get back to me and helped, but the replies were a bit slow for my standard. Overall it worked out, just not as quickly as I hoped
